What is Vellum Post?

Vellum Post is a monthly t-shirt subscription box based on a unique literary theme curated for book lovers .

What's included?

The Vellum Post box includes a t-shirt with an exclusive bookish design, a collectible mini print and 2 - 3 bookish treats. The Vellum T-shirt only option includes a t-shirt with an exclusive bookish design and a collectible mini print.

What style of t-shirts do you offer and where do I find my size?

All our t-shirts have a regular unisex fitting. Please refer to our sizing guide page for additional information.

Available subscription plans

We currently offer a Monthly: subscription plan. You will receive your Vellum Posts monthly and will be billed on the 5th day of month. The first Vellum Post will be billed immediately on the day of purchase.
There is no long term commitment; you can skip any month you want, or cancel at any time.

When will I be billed?

You are charged as soon as you sign up and on the 5th of every month going forward. If you sign up after the 22nd you will not be charged on the coming 5th.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards payments and PayPal.

Can I try Vellum Post before committing to a recurring subscription?

Sure thing! If you'd like to try out our comfy bookish tees, you can purchase yourself a Vellum Post - Gift - Monthly. This will ensure that you're purchasing a one time, non-renewing gift.

Once subscribed, can I skip a month?

Absolutely! You can manage your subscription from your costumer portal. On the left hand side, click on Delivery Schedule to see all your upcoming deliveries, and click on Skip.

I missed a past Vellum Post, how can I get one?

If Vellum Posts were not sold out on a specific month, they will be available to purchase the Past Boxes page. Please allow 7 business days for past boxes to be shipped.

How to order a Vellum Post as a gift?

Click the 'Subscribe' or 'Gift' button on the home page. Select the plan you'd like to gift to your recipient (Box or T-shirt Only): At checkout, enter the Gift Recipient's shipping address. Check 'This is a Gift' at Checkout (this will be pre-checked if you clicked the Gift button on the home page), enter your recipient's name and e-mail (for our reference) and choose whether or not you want the gift-subscription to renew. Enter your billing information and click 'Checkout'. That's it! We'll ship the box to your gift recipient between the 28th and last day of the month. You will receive a shipment notification from us (with tracking information) as soon as the box ships.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

What is the cost for shipping to my country?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during check out and costs vary depeding on your location.

When will my Vellum Post ship?

Our shipping window isbteween the 28th and last day of each month. As soon as your box ships via USPS you will receive an email within 24 hours with tracking info.

Refund/Return Policy

Once your account has renewed, we will not be able to issue a refund. Make sure you cancel your subscription or skip a specific month before the 5th to avoid being charged.

We do not offer refunds if you receive a t-shirt or bookish item that you are not interested in. We hope you have a friend whom you can gift the item to! We announce on our social media and Newsletter upcoming themes and hints as to what to expect from each Vellum Post so you can decide whether or not to skip a month.

Please pay close attention to our sizing guide. We cannot accept returns if you order the wrong t-shirt size. If you need to change your t-shirt size please do so before the 22nd day of the month to make sure you receive the corrected size.

We can not accept returns, regardless of whether the package has been opened or not.

Please note that once your Vellum Post are dropped at the post office we have no control over their transit and delivery status. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you have not received it, visit or call your local post office for detailed information. If your package is returned to the Vellum Posts headquarters, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damage and we will be happy to ship you a replacement!
